How fast to row 27 Calories?

If you've checked out todays workout you will notice several AMRAP's starting with 27 Calories on the Rower...most of you know your pace for meters (for example you might know that you can hold a 2:10 per 500m pace for a 2k...or not).

Below is a quick chart that will convert your normal 500m Splits to how long it will take to complete 27 Calories at that split. Hopefully it will help keep you from blowing up or sandbagging too much!
