Today's metcon has FORTY of these bad boys smack dab in the middle of the workout, being as efficient as possible will be key to keep moving through.
Please remember, just because you can, doesn't mean you should... Your coaches today will help you identify if you should scale to Knees to Elbow or Knees to Chest rather than hitting forty single swinging toes to bar. Learning the proper/effective kip will pay off more in the long run.
