How to Tape Your Thumbs

For those of you that have been particpating in Craft Weightlifting or have had a large amount of Olympic Lifts in the Crossfit class you have probably heard of the hook grip.

Those of you who have tried it have probably felt some of its discomfort...check out the video below on how to wrap your thumbs like a weightlifter and give it a shot next time you are doing a lot of reps of the Snatch or Clean and Jerk.
