For the next 5 weeks heres how it will go down:
- Thursday 6pm - Open Announcement at Craft!
- Friday All Classes - Workout will be the Open workout of the week, keep in mind we do not know wha the workouts are or how long they will be, we may run over classes and need help judging your fellow athletes.
- Saturday Open Gym - This will be our main event for Open Workouts, depending on how many people sign up and how long the workouts are these could go past 11am.
- Sunday Open Gym - You may perform the open workouts (Please make accomodations to have your own judge or contact a coach to schedule)
- Monday AM and 4:15/5:15pm - We will have a different workout programmed but you may redo or make your first attempt at the open workout (Please make accomodations to have your own judge or contact a coach to schedule)
- Monday 6pm - Workout Scores must be submitted on the CrossFit App or Website
Please use Zen Planner as early as possible to sign up for classes, especially for the open workouts so we know how many people to expect...for Saturdays we will have separate heat sign ups so you can pick times and prepare your warm up properly.
