Workout #2 is THE TRIPLE TRIPLET

THE TRIPLE TRIPLET

This workout will be held in the weight room

3 Rounds of the following with a 20 Minute time cap:

21-15-9 Relay style (Partners must complete all reps of movement before switching, must tag partner at switch who will be in designated zone)

  • Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
  • Lateral Burpees
  • Deadlifts (205#/155#)

The workout will move through the following:

  • Partner 1 will perform 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • Partner 2 will perform 21 Lateral Burpees
  • Partner 1 will perform 21 Deadlifts
  • Partner 2 will perform 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • Partner 1 will perform 15 Lateral Burpees
  • Partner 2 will perform 15 Deadlifts
  • Partner 1 will perform 9 Kettlebell Swings
  • Partner 2 will perform 9 Lateral Burpees
  • Partner 1 will perform 9 Deadlifts
  • This will repeat for round 2, however partner 2 will start
  • The third round will repeat the order listed above

Partners must alternate through out the workout. Partners may NOT go back to back on any movements or switch mid-movement.

Each rep not completed will be added as a second to the 20:00 time cap.

For example: if you finish all but the last 9 Deadlifts your teams time would be 20:09
