This workout will be held on the Basketball Court

For time with an 8 Minute Cap with one partner working at a time:

  • Each partner OH Walking Lunge from Mid Court to Wall with wall ball (20#/14#) 1 partner at a time)
  • 50 Wall Balls (20#/14# to 10’/9’)
  • 40 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)
  • 30 Dumbbell Snatches (50#/35#)
  • 40 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)
  • 50 Wall Balls (20#/14# to 10’/9’)
  • Each partner OH Walking Lunge from Mid Court to Wall with wall ball (20#/14#) 1 partner at a time)

Each rep not completed will be added as a second to the 8:00 time cap

For example if you finish all but 30 wall balls and the 2 walking lunges your teams time would be 8:32
