This workout will be held outside on the sidewalk near the weight room

Max Reps of Power Cleans in 5 Minutes:

  • 30 Reps at 155#/105#
  • 30 Reps at 135#/95#
  • 30 Reps at 115#/75#
  • Max Reps at 75#/55#

There will be four bars for same sex teams and eight bars for Male/Female teams

Must tag your partner to switch in designated zone
